VOLUNTEER COACHING
Recreational Volunteer Coaches
- CCU depends on volunteer coaches to help foster a love of soccer and maintain optimal coach to player ratios. Volunteer coaches are non contractual coaches who follow the guidance of the curriculum and the head coach. They work with the head coach to help facilitate training. Volunteer coaches can earn money credits which are applied to the following season for their children. The CCU credit policy is (16 total trainings: 14+ = 100%, 10+ = 50%, 8 or less = 0%)
